Description
This Work Package focuses on establishing lab units as fully integrated entities, strengthening both internal and external capacities. It oversees the procurement of equipment and software to ensure efficiency, transparency, and sustainability, and sets up the organizational structure, systems, and procedures for effective and sustainable operation.
Objectives
- Establish the lab units as special entities that are integrated both internally and externally (building “hard” capacities).
- Acquire the equipment & software applications via adequate procurement procedures to ensure efficiency, transparency, sustainability and cost effectiveness.
- Establish the organizational structure, system and procedures of the lab units that would make them operate effectively and sustainably.
