Description
This Work Package ensures effective overall management, coordination, and successful completion of the project. It establishes a clear management structure, monitors the work plan, and guarantees timely delivery of outputs. It also maintains efficient communication among partners and with the granting authority, ensures the quality and consistency of deliverables, and measures the project’s impact. Special focus is given to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the developed curricula and lab units.
Objectives
- Ensure an effective overall management and coordination of the project and its successful completion.
- Ensure the proper implementation of the project, the timely submission of its outputs, and the realisation of its objectives.
- Establish a clear and practical management structure and a common approach to control the project’s work plan.
- Establish and maintain efficient internal communication between the partners and with the granting authority.
- Ensuring the quality, effectiveness and consistency of the project’s deliverables throughout implementation to meet its stated objectives
- Defining standards & indicators of quality, testing quality accordingly, and maintaining the high quality of the outputs to ensure they meet those standards
- Ensuring that the project’s impact is effectively measured and reported
- Understanding and improving the impact and effectiveness of the developed curricula and associated lab unit
